"The hotel will include 194 standard rooms for 2-4 people, 4 junior suites and 2 suites, a dining room and living rooms. The landscaped hotel will occupy more than 1600 square meters,” Reports the agency RIA Karachayevo-Circassia.
The company "Resorts of the North Caucasus" announced a tender for survey work, preparation of the building design and construction.
The cost of work is estimated at 158 million rubles. The company will allocate this money from its own budget.
Applications from developers are accepted until October 17, and on October 21 the winner will be announced.
