The Russian Human rights activist Lev Ponomarev launched a petition on the website Change.org demanding the immediate withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine and a ceasefire from the Russian armed forces,- DW reports.
"We regard as war criminals all those who made the decision to start hostilities in eastern Ukraine, sanctioned aggressive and war-justifying propaganda in Russian media dependent on the authorities. We will seek to bring them to justice for their deeds. Damn them!" - says the petition, which has already been signed by about 200 thousand people.
