The Circassian Cheese Festival will be held in August in the Adygea Mountains

The head of the Republic of Adygea, Murat Kumpilov, held a working meeting on the preparations for the Circassian (Adyghe) cheese festival. This year the festival will be held in the village of Dakhovskaya near the Ona-Koz ridge. The festival will take place at the end of August and will last for two days.

The head of the republic instructed to take responsibility for the organization of the festival, to think of all the details - from an interesting program, a varied fair and tasting of the Adyghe cheese to the safety of the holiday and the arrangement of parking lots.

The Adyghe Cheese Festival should be beautiful and memorable. People missed the holiday after a two-year hiatus because of the epidemic. Therefore, think not only about all the organizational moments, but also about the festival program. It must be creative for every guest to be involved in the festival and feel "The hospitality of our people, to taste the real Adyghe cheese, to get to know our tradition and culture," Kumpilov said.

The head of Adygea recommended inviting a large number of creative teams and public organizations to participate in the festival's cultural program. According to Kampilov, the Circassian cavalry association "Shiu Khase" will also decorate the holiday and present its part in national traditions.
